Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jatgam LLC ("Jatgam," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Mostly Charged, our battery pack management application for iOS and Android (the "App").

The short version: the App collects no data. Everything you enter stays on your device. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no server — and its release builds request no network permission, so it has no ability to transmit your data anywhere.

  • Company: Jatgam LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company
  • Mailing address: 390 West St., STE 3 #1036, Mansfield, MA 02048, United States
  • Privacy contact: privacy@mostlycharged.app

This policy covers the App only. This website (mostlycharged.app) is a static marketing site: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party scripts or fonts. Like any website it is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server request logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

1. Information we collect

None.

We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The App contains no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs, and it makes no network connections.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores the information you create — your pack inventory, logged events (charges, flights, crashes, capacity tests, retirements), optional crash photos, and settings — in a local database inside the App's private storage on your device. This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (see Section 4).

Deleting the App (or clearing its data in your device settings) deletes this information. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had it.

3. Camera

The App requests camera access for exactly two user-initiated purposes:

  • Scanning the QR label on a pack to open it in the App. Scanning runs entirely on your device; scan frames are processed in memory and are not saved or sent anywhere. The QR codes the App generates encode only a random local pack identifier — never a URL and never personal information.
  • Crash photos you choose to attach to a crash event. Photos are stored in the App's private storage on your device, alongside the rest of your data.

Camera access is optional: you can deny it and use every feature except in-app scanning and photo capture.

4. Backups, exports, and sharing

You can export your data (a backup file, a CSV export, or printable label sheets and images) at any time. Exports are created only when you ask for them and are handed to the destination you choose through your operating system's share and file dialogs. We never receive a copy.

Exported files are not encrypted by the App. A backup file contains your full pack history (including any crash photos), so treat it like any other personal file and store it somewhere you trust.

5. Purchases

Mostly Charged is a one-time purchase made through Apple's App Store or Google Play before installation. Your payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google under their terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details or your identity as a purchaser; we receive only the aggregate sales reporting the stores provide to all developers.

6. Children

The App collects no information from anyone, including children.

7. Your privacy rights

Privacy laws in various jurisdictions grant rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal data. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to produce, correct, or delete — your data exists only on your device, under your control. The App's export feature is your portability mechanism, and deleting the App's data is your deletion mechanism.

If you believe we hold any information about you (for example, because you emailed us), contact privacy@mostlycharged.app and we will handle the request.

8. Security

Your data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, biometrics, and full-device encryption where enabled). Because the App makes no network connections, there is no transmission to secure and no server to breach.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes — for example, if a future version ever adds an online feature — we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and the App's store listings will reflect any new data practices before such a version ships.
